Why "reward the outcome" changes everything
Most referral programs reward activity — clicks, sign-ups, form fills — and then spend their energy policing the low-quality leads that rewards for activity attract. Qart cannot pay for activity even if it wanted to: the commission only exists as an output of the purchase transaction. No purchase, no transaction, no commission.
That keeps the program fair by construction. A referral is a friend solving a friend's problem, and the thank-you arrives only when the introduction becomes a real customer.

When do I get paid?

Do I need a Qart account?
Not necessarily. A seller can deputize you with nothing but a payout address, and your share arrives on-chain. An account gets you a personal link and an earnings dashboard.
What does it cost the seller?
Only the commission they set, only when a sale happens. An offer that produces no sales costs nothing.
What if my friend doesn't buy right away?
Your link keeps crediting you for 30 days. If they come back later and buy, you're still the referrer.
What does the buyer see?
Their normal checkout, and then a receipt whose on-chain transaction shows the split. Nothing about the referral is hidden from the person it was made to.
